She has done her post-graduation in Applied Psychology from the Bharathiar University. She has acquired training as a psychologist from various institutions and has an experience of over 3 years. She had been trained in clinical aspects of psychiatric illness, rehabilitation of psychiatric patients & conducting awareness classes on mental health. She has been rendering services in non-governmental organizations like Care & Share, psychological services & Vijayalekshmi Teacher foundation, center for satisfaction. While doing her training in Loyola extension services she has dealt with family counseling & was a resource person in PG diploma in counseling programme conducted by Loyola college. She has worked as school counselor in different schools &successful in designing comprehensive counseling programme for the educational institutions. She has done her b ed in social science education & also she has done Diploma course in Geriatric counseling from Kerala university. She is also interested in Guidance, education & training programmes for school students.
